October 2023

Release notes explain new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Data Hub.

What's new

My Workspace
Collection:
We added a new view called Collection Versions to the Collections view list. The default view is Collections, and you can switch between the two. The header above the grid reflects the current view.
The Collections Versions grid displays all versions of the collections without the need to drill down like in other views. You can filter on all columns except Blueprint Name. The highlighted columns are displayed by default.
You can select the
Show/Hide Columns
gear icon to add or remove more columns to the grid.
Aggregation:
We now label the column names as Master Entity Code and Master Account Code in the Aggregation results grid when you apply Rollups (Entity and/or Account).
Data
All uploads:
The
All Uploads
file name now displays a date and time stamp to the default file name. You can still edit the file name as needed.
Processed:
The records in a Collection, the
Ready
tab in a Topic, and the source file are now all aligned to be in the same order.
Configuration
Schematic:
On the
Lookup Enrichment
screen, the Lookup dropdown changed the name of one of the choices to Account's Comments.
Blueprint:
The Currency Data Type value now accepts up to 39 digits before and/or after a decimal.

Known issues

Open
  • Topic is getting stuck at
    AWAITING
state with a 40 MB large Excel file.
  • Filtering by Associated Applications doesn’t work for the Collections Versions grid.
Closed
  • For currency records with decimal values in the format of a decimal point followed by numbers (for example, .25), those records are marked as
    Invalid
    .
  • For API users, when using the results endpoint in a specific aggregation (custom view), if you include spaces in the Root Entity column name or Master Account Code column name, it will trigger a "Rollup ID doesn’t exist" error.
