Release notes explain new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Data Hub.

My Workspace

Collections
We've added the Status column to the
My Workspace: Collections
 view. This column displays the status of the latest version of the Collection.
Aggregation of collection
We've added a new option for Aggregations on published Collections. You can now display all Blueprint columns, regardless of the specific Aggregation Logic configuration.
To use this feature:
  1. Go to the
    Aggregation
     tab.
  2. Look for the
    All Columns
     checkbox between
    View Details
     and
    Apply
    .
  3. Mark the checkbox to include all Blueprint columns.
note
Blueprint columns not included in the Aggregation Logic will appear as placeholders in the Aggregation result grid. These placeholders will follow the Blueprint's field order but won't contain any values.

Data

All uploads
The
All Uploads
 tab now retains filtering criteria and page selection in the grid after deleting a file.
Processed
We've added the Blueprint Name column on the
Processed
 tab.
note
This column doesn't have filtering capability.
