Filter on Blueprint name
You can filter the
Collections
 grid in both the
Collections
 and
Collections Versions
 grids by selecting a specific Blueprint Name from the dropdown list.
Email notifications
You have the option to send email notifications when publishing a
Collections Version
. This feature is optional.
To send notifications, mark the
Notify Users
 checkbox, add email addresses individually, and then select
Yes
 to publish the
Collections Version
.
Notified users don’t have to be ONESOURCE users to get notifications. But, they do need valid ONESOURCE sign-in credentials to access the ONESOURCE Data Hub details from the email.
The notification email shows the following details:
  • Collection and Version name
  • Version description
  • Year and period
  • Blueprint name
  • Number of records and number of record sets

Data

Filter on Blueprint Name
You can filter topics in the
Processed
 tab by selecting a
Blueprint Name
 from the dropdown list.

Configuration

Blueprint ID
We added a
Blueprint ID
 to the header on the Blueprint details screen.
Schematic
You can filter schematic options in the
Schematic
 tab by selecting a
Blueprint Name
 from the dropdown list.
