Set calculation of engagement dates and GoFileRoom indexing based on Engagement Type

Follow these steps to set completion and deletion dates for an engagement, and select a time period for GoFileRoom indexing.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select
    Setup
    from the main toolbar.
  2. Select
    Engagement types
    .
  3. Select the engagement type you want to edit.
  4. Select options for
    Completion date
    and
    Deletion date
    . Mark
    Required
    if you want to make the dates required.
  5. Select an option for
    GoFileRoom indexing
    .
  6. Select
    Save
    when you're done.
