Use folder display options

Use the following options to expand, collapse, and sort folder contents to customize how folders are displayed in Engagement Manager.

Expand and collapse folders

Use the following options to expand and collapse folders.
  • Select a folder and use Expand or Collapse
  • Right-click a folder and select one of the following options:
    • Expand
      , then
      Folder
       to expand the selected folder.
    • Expand
      , then
      Expand All
       to expand all folders.
    • Collapse
      , then
      Folder
       to collapse the selected folder.
    • Collapse
      , then
      Collapse All
       to collapse all folders.

Sort folders

You can right-click a folder and sort its contents in ascending or descending order.
note
  • The contents of the selected folder will sort in alphanumeric order of the workpaper reference.
  • You can select multiple folders to sort at the same time.
  • The contents of all subfolders will sort. The subfolders themselves will not sort.
  • Workpapers will sort below subfolders.
  • Locked folders will not sort, including those in finalized engagements or engagements with a workpapers section lock.
