Create notifications for Client Center or ClientFlow

If your firm has licensed integration with NetClient portals via ClientFlow or Onvio portals via GoFileRoom Client Center, you can set up notifications for portal users.
You need to be part of the [HOMEPAGE USERS] group in GoFileRoom to access the home screen. If you're in the Administrators group in GoFileRoom, you may create notifications for groups and/or other users - see examples below.

Notify clients that a document has been published to their portal

  1. Select
    Home
    in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select
    Add Notification Rule
    , then
    Add Document Rule
    .
  3. Select
    When a document is published
    from the dropdown in the
    Action to Notify
    field and enter a
    Rule Name
    .
  4. In the Recipients section, mark
    send notification to users or groups
    and select
    Groups
    from the dropdown.
  5. Select
    [CLIENTFLOW USERS]
    , then
    Add
    .

Notify staff that a client has uploaded a document

  1. Select
    Home
    in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select
    Add Notification Rule
    , then
    Add Document Rule
    .
  3. Select
    When a document is added
    from the dropdown in the
    Action to Notify
    field and enter a
    Rule Name
    .
  4. In the Recipients section, mark
    send notification to users or groups
    and select
    Mapped Contacts
    from the dropdown.
  5. Select the staff members you want to receive the notification, select
    Add
    , then
    Next
    .
  6. In the
    Conditions (optional)
    section, select
    Groups
    from the dropdown.
  7. Select
    [CLIENTFLOW USERS]
    , then
    Add
    .
