ClientFlow notifications

Instead of constantly checking the documents in the ClientFlow file section, you can set up notifications to alert them when their clients upload documents for them.
In addition, the firm can set up notifications to automatically send an email when staff members publish documents to their clients.

Home screen

To set up notifications, select
Document Rule
from the
Add
dropdown list in the Notifications tile on the GoFileRoom home screen.
To avoid the need to email clients after you publish documents to their portals, you can use the Rules Wizard to set up the following rule.
  1. Select
    Document Rule
    , then select
    When a document is published
    .
  2. Select
    Send Notification to person or group
    (Group – ClientFlow Users group).
You can set up the rule to send an email to individual GoFileRoom staff users, GoFileRoom groups, or mapped contacts from your Practice CS application.
If mapped contacts are available after the Lookup List sync, the Manage Lookup Lists screen in the
Administration
,
Manage Fileroom
,
Lists
tab will include fields for the partner email, manager email, and associate email, using the descriptions in Practice CS.
