Link GoFileRoom ClientFlow to existing NetClient portal

You and your clients can share documents online using a secure GoFileRoom ClientFlow portal. If your client has a NetClient portal, follow these steps to link ClientFlow to it.
  1. Sign in to NetFirm with an account that has NetClient administration privileges.
  2. Select the user you want to add ClientFlow to.
  3. Note the user's email address, first name, and last name.
  4. Sign in to GoFileRoom as an administrator or with an account with privileges that allow you to manage users.
  5. Select
    Administration
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  6. Select
    Manage Users and Groups
    and then go to the
    ClientFlow Users
    tab.
  7. Create a new user with the information you noted in step 3.
  8. Go to the Add Clients section and then enter the
    Client Name
    and
    Client Number
    you want to link to the ClientFlow user. You may select multiple clients at a time.
  9. Select
    ADD
    .
  10. Optional:
    If you've set up ClientFlow security groups, you can add your client to one. Select the group and then select add group to make the client a member of that group.
  11. Select
    Save
    .
The ClientFlow link will be in the navigation pane when your client signs in to their NetClient portal.
