Create GoFileRoom Events

Follow these steps to create GoFileRoom Events.
  1. Select
    Events Administration
    from the
    Administration
    menu.
    note
    The Registrations page serves as a central location to view, set up, and modify GoFileRoom Events.
  2. Select
    Add Event Registration
    to add a new GoFileRoom event.
  3. Fill in the
    Events Name
    ,
    Description
    , and
    Callback URL
    fields.
  4. Select a
    Product
    ,
    Channel
    , and
    Schema
    .
    For example:
    GoFileRoom | Documents | Export Document
    .
  5. Set the
    Status
    to
    Healthy
    to make the event active.
  6. Use the
    Add attribute
    option within the
    Additional Filters
    section to add any extra filters.
  7. Select
    Done
    to save your newly created GoFileRoom event.
    Upon saving, you will return to the Registrations screen, and the new event will be reflected there.
    important
    Once you select
    Done
    , the
    Product
    and
    Channel
    fields can't be modified later.
  8. Go to the
    Schema Browser
    tab to configure the
    Request Payload
    and review the
    Schema Specification
    .
  9. To test your GoFileRoom event, select your event under Event Registrations in the Schema Browser and select
    Send
    .
    If successful, you'll get the following message:
    Schema payload sent successfully!
