Customize the FirmFlow My Work screen

You can customize the way in which workflows are displayed in the
My Work
screen. For example, you can exclude columns and adjust their positioning.
  1. Select the
    My Work
    link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select a drawer from the
    Drawer
    dropdown list.
  3. Select
    Options
    and choose
    Set Preferences
    .
  4. Make the appropriate changes in the
    Custom Preference
    window:
    • To change the order in which columns are displayed in the report, use the arrows next to each Column Name. Note that the Column Names shown top-to-bottom represent its display left-to-right on the report results. The active column being moved will be identified by its different shading.
    • To return to the default settings, select
      Reset
      .
    • To exclude column names from the report results, unmark the checkbox next to each column name you wish to exclude.
  5. After all customization is complete, select
    OK
    to save your changes.
    Your custom preferences will be retained and used each time you view the
    My Work
    screen.
