Delete workflows

Delete a workflow from a FirmFlow folder when it is no longer needed. Deletions are permanent, so verify your selection before confirming.

There is no
Undo
function when deleting a workflow. If you deleted a workflow incorrectly, you can add it again.
Internal use only
Deleting a workflow is permanent and can't be undone. If users accidentally delete a workflow, they need to re-add it manually.
If a user requests the recovery of a deleted workflow, contact GoFileRoom Support. Provide as much of the following information as possible to help locate and restore the workflow:
  • Client Name
  • Client Number
  • Service Type
  • Engagement Type
  • Year
  • Period End
  • Workflow Type
  • Workflow Description
Send this request to the GoFileRoom Systems Team and include the firm's GoFileRoom database ID.
  1. Select the
    Home
    link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select the
    My Tasks
    tile to open the
    My Work
    screen.
  3. Select a folder in the list, and then select the Action icon image icon in the Action column to open the FirmFlow Folder.
  4. Select the Workflow button or right-click the workflow, and choose
    Delete Workflow
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    to delete the workflow.
  6. Select
    OK
    to return to the FirmFlow Folder screen.
The workflows you selected are now removed from the folder.
