Import a checklist from an Excel file

  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage FirmFlow
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select a drawer from the Drawer dropdown list, then select the
    Checklist Configuration
    tab.
  3. Select the engagement type for which you're importing a checklist from the dropdown list.
  4. Select
    Import
    .
  5. Select the Excel checklist you want, then select
    Save
    .
  6. After the file uploads, the checklist displays. The checklist will be created in GoFileRoom exactly as it appeared in the imported spreadsheet.
    note
    The checklist import page expects an Excel spreadsheet with the following columns:
    • Checklist Header
      : A heading for a group of checklist items.
    • Checklist Item
      : Individual checklist questions.
