FirmFlow Super User permissions

If you have Super User permissions, you can perform the following tasks within FirmFlow:
  • Add, move, extend, or delete deliverables for workflows that other users are handling.
  • Update the dropdown lists for delivery instructions in workflows that other users are handling.
  • Complete the checklist for workflows that other users are handling.
  • When a workflow is not routed to you is at the complete step, you can:
    • Modify information fields.
    • Update the checklist.
    • Change delivery instructions in dropdown lists.
    • Edit deliverables.
To turn on Super User permissions for a FirmFlow group, go to
Administration
Manage FirmFlow
Permissions
tab. Select
General
from the category dropdown.
Mark the
FirmFlow Super User
checkbox for the relevant groups in the
Firmflow Super User
column.
note
Many firms create a dedicated Super User group, such as “F-SUPER USER (add-on).” This group has no other permissions and you can assign it alongside other groups. After you turn on Super User permissions for your FirmFlow groups, you can add or remove users from the group as needed.
