Integrate with GoSystem Tax RS (GST)

To integrate GoFileRoom and GoSystem Tax RS you will need install the GoFileRoom Adobe Acrobat Add-In.
If you have both GoFileRoom and GoSystem Tax RS, you can store your client's tax returns in GoFileRoom as a bookmarked PDF. To store those documents you first have to link the GoSystem database to GoFileRoom.
  1. If you haven't already, install the GoFileRoom Adobe Acrobat Add-In.
  2. Sign in to GoSystem Tax RS.
  3. Select the tax return.
  4. Select
    Update DMS Information
    in the Returns menu.
  5. In the Document Management System Information screen, enter the GoFileRoom Client Number in the
    DMS Client Number
    field.
  6. Select
    Update
    to save the client number.
