Archive or restore documents

The following steps can only be completed by members of the Administrators group or the Record Managers group.
  1. Mark the checkboxes for any documents listed in the search results list, Document Tracking report, or in FirmFlow.
  2. Right-click one of the selected documents and select
    Archive Documents
    or
    Remove Archive Status
    .
  3. Select OK.
You're not able to remove the archive status from local file links that were archived using an archive rule. Contact Support for additional assistance.
