We’ve made cosmetic improvements on both the
Classic Search
 and
Document Search
 screens, ensuring search criteria and index filtering windows are not overlapping.

We're excited to announce improvements to the
Master Deliverable List
 window. You can now resize the Deliverable Name column to better accommodate longer descriptions. This improvement helps you manage deliverables with similar names more efficiently, as you can now see the full names without having to hover over the text. We hope this change improves your productivity by providing a clearer view of your deliverables.

Issues resolved

  • Attention Administrators: We've corrected an issue within the
    Manage Drop-down List
     configuration that impacted situations involving 3 levels of lists. This issue may have been encountered when editing or adding list values, specifically in cases involving 3 levels or “nested” indexes. While making changes to indexes and list values, the interface sometimes displayed blank and didn't retain the changes. Edits can now be made with confidence. We apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused. You can be assured that GoFileRoom will retain information and edits post August 26.
  • We've addressed a misleading message and improved the reliability of the
    Export Document
     feature, part of the
    Document Search
     screen. When attempting to export multiple documents, it was possible to receive the message: 
    There are no documents available.

We’ve corrected the wildcard (*) behavior for both the
getdocumentsecurityusers
 and
getdocumentsecuritygroups
 endpoints.
