FirmFlow checklists sort order

We’ve fixed an issue in the FirmFlow Checklist Configuration area (
Administration
Manage FirmFlow
Checklist Configuration
tab) that caused the Logical sort option to display items in alphabetical order. This has been resolved with a hotfix released on June 3, 2025, ensuring the Logical sort option now functions correctly.

Workflow notification rules: Number of days before due date notification

We’ve fixed an issue with Workflow Notification Rules where alerts configured for
Number of Days Before
a due date were incorrectly sent after the due date, and alerts set to send after were showing up early. The rule configured has now been corrected, ensuring notifications are sent accurately at the specified times relative to the due date.

RecordsFlow and recycle management

We’ve resolved an issue where the records management Approvers list was not displaying correctly. All valid approvers are now shown in the
Record Managers List
. Additionally, we’ve ensured that email notifications are delivered as expected.

NetClient CS mobile app

We’ve resolved an issue that prevented clients from previewing documents via the NetClient CS mobile app. While this issue affected a limited number of situations, we recommend communicating this resolution to any clients who previously reported the problem.

FirmFlow automatic routing notifications

We’ve addressed an issue where automatic routing email notifications were not delivered when workflows were routed from a routing pool group, for example an administrative scanning team. This update ensures that staff will now receive these notifications from no-reply@thomsonreuters.com in all situations.

FirmFlow Partner in Charge (PIC): enhanced filtering

To help your team route work more efficiently and prevent the selection of client users instead of staff, we have enhanced the Person in Charge (PIC) field. The PIC list will no longer display ClientFlow or ClientCenter users. Previously, external client accounts appeared in the PIC selection list in GoFileRoom. With this update, only your firm’s staff members (GoFileRoom users) will be available for selection as the Person in Charge. This change ensures the PIC list accurately reflects your firm’s staff and streamlines the selection process. We hope this enhancement helps your team work faster and makes the list of available options easier to navigate.

SurePrep and GoFileRoom integration update

Improved integration now accurately shares the
Username
and
Owner name
for actions performed on
SurePrep Source Documents
. This enhancement ensures better communication of document ownership, improves document history tracking, and enhances the
My Work
displays to clearly show assigned workflows.

Automation and APIs

API refinements
  • FirmFlow API Calls fail with 404 Not Found error
    We’ve improved the FirmFlow API to better handle errors. Previously, a 404 Not Found error might have been inaccurately returned for permission-related issues, such as an expired token. Now, if an API request is sent with an expired account token, the API will correctly return a 401 Unauthorized error, indicating the need to sign in or refresh the token.

    : 1-4) for a more accurate response.
