Digitally sign documents from GoFileRoom

Take the following steps to add an Adobe Acrobat digital certificate signature to a PDF in GoFileRoom.
  1. Search for the PDF in GoFileRoom, then open it for editing.
  2. Follow the steps in the Adobe's Acrobat Learn and Support pages to add a signature to the PDF using a digital certificate.
  3. Select
    Save
    but don’t change the
    Save in
    ,
    File name
    , or
    Save as type
    fields.
  4. Select
    Yes
    to confirm the replacement of the file.
  5. Use the
    GoFileRoom Acrobat Add-In
    to save the PDF back to GoFileRoom.
