You need to attach a document called "Reporting Corporations under Section 6038A or on a Consolidated Form 5472 Schedule.
Solution
Either enter subsidiary information or remove the related part from the consolidated filing of Form 5472.
- InOrganizer, go to theForeign Informationfolder and select25% Foreign Owned Corporation.
- Open the folder for the related party, and selectReporting Corporation Info.
- Either clear theThis is a consolidated filing of Form 5472checkbox, OR
- Go to theSubsidiary Informationfolder within this related party and add subsidiary information. Make sure to select theIncluded in consolidated 5472checkbox.
- Do a full recompute and re-create the e-file.
