ALPPT-026b e-file error

ALPPT-026b: If DEParentSubject is not populated and the SingleMemberID/FEIN is populated then the following must be attached: (1) Pages 1-4 of the federal tax Form 1120S, Pages 1-5 of the federal tax Form 1065, or Pages 1-5 of the federal tax Form 1120 (Federal.pdf), (2) Consolidated Income Spreadsheet (ConsolidatedIncome.pdf) and (3) Consolidated Balance Sheet by separate company for the beginning and end of year (ConsolidatedBalance.pdf).
This happens when you're missing information that is required by the state.
Solution
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    , and the
    Alabama
    folder.
  2. Go to the
    E-File – Form PPT
    folder.
  3. Select
    Attachments
    , and the
    PDF Attachments
    folder.
  4. Select
    Summary
    and
    Attach PDF
    .
  5. Attach the following files.
    1. Federal.pdf
    2. ConsolidatedIncome.pdf
    3. ConsolidatedBalance.pdf
  6. Do a Full recompute and recreate the e-file.
