  2. Select,
    Combined Report

    6 – Combined Corporation Return
    , 6, Page 5, drill down on
    Line 2b Combined Totals column
    .
  3. Form
    6 – Combined Corporation Return
    ,
    6, Page 5
    Line 2b
    , the total from lower members of the consolidation does not match the "Combined column line 2b taxes" amount.
  4. Right-click on
    Line 2b
    Combined
    and select
    Subview
    to review the total Lower members that are inconsistent with the
    Combined column line 2b Taxes Amount
    .
  5. Adjustments can be made by selecting Organizer, then
    States
    , select
    Wisconsin
    .
  6. Select
    State Adjustments
    ,
    State Accrued or paid (override)
    , enter
    amounts
    in the Parent and/or subsidiaries so that they add up to the same total as what is in the combined column for Line 2b.
  7. Reconsolidate the return and recreate the e-file.
