CoCounsel Integration with Guidance Assurance
: We've integrated direct links to CoCounsel, our AI-driven tax and accounting assistant, right within your audit workpapers. You will now notice a
sparkle icon (
✨)
 appearing next to select steps or procedures in your Guidance Assurance Checklists and Audit Programs. This icon signifies that a helpful CoCounsel template is available to assist you with a related task needed to complete the audit step or procedure. Over the coming months we hope to add more links to these useful templates.
Note:
To access and utilize the linked CoCounsel templates, a
valid CoCounsel license is required.
 Users without a CoCounsel license will see the icon but will be unable to open or use the templates. If you'd like to access CoCounsel, have your site admin reach out to your firm's sales rep.
Disclosure checklist export to Excel
: With the Disclosure module enabled in your engagement, you can now export the entire disclosure checklist as a XLSX file. This allows you to easily filter your responses across multiple topics within the document. To access this feature, simply click on the "Export" button, where you'll find XLSX as an option.
Client Forms
: We are pleased to introduce an expansion to our Client Forms feature with the addition of the “Disclosure Requirements checklist” (CX-13). This enhancement enables firms to send comprehensive disclosure checklists to clients for completion and review, with the site now displaying the full hierarchy of disclosure topics and requirements in a clear, organized manner—making it easy for clients to respond directly within the form.
To support transparency and auditability, the generated PDF will now flag any items where checkmarks have changed, so auditors can easily identify updated responses. All responses are fetched and displayed in the CX-13 Disclosure Checklist PDF, allowing auditors to carefully review client input before accepting and finalizing the checklist.

Resolved issues

Stability and System Performance
: Issues affecting the accuracy and clarity of Disclosure checklists have been resolved. These include checkboxes incorrectly displaying as selected or unselected, checkboxes appearing for child or custom requirements, and note procedures showing in the wrong sections.
