Working With Matter Events and Dates

The Matter events page shows a list of events and due dates for all matters that you can access.
  1. Select
    Home > Matter Events
    in the left navigation.
  2. In the first dropdown, select
    Event List.
  3. Use the remaining dropdowns to filter the list to show the specific events you want to view.
  4. Select
    Change View
    . The list of events that meet your search criteria is displayed. For example, you can show only your matters, or all of your company's matters.
  5. To view details about a specific event, select a hyperlink:
    • To see more details about a specific event, select the hyperlink in the
      Date
      column.
    • To open the matter associated with the event, select the hyperlink in the
      Matter
      column.
Search for an event
  1. In the dropdown, select
    Event search
    .
  2. Select your search criteria. You can apply filters and date ranges to help find the event you are looking for.
  3. Select the
    Generate list
    button.
  4. If you want to create a custom event list that can be reused later, check the
    Save Custom Event List
    box and provide a name for the list in the
    Save Custom Event List as
    field.
Export the list of events and dates
Dates/events data is exported in a comma separated value (.csv) file format. It is an industry standard data export file format that can be read by spreadsheet programs, such as Microsoft Excel.
  1. In the dropdown, select
    Event List.
  2. On the toolbar, select
    Export CSV
