Managing Classic User Dashboards

In addition to having personal dashboards, Tracker Coordinators and Company System Administrators can also manage the dashboards of other users. Users can have a maximum of five dashboard configurations, and each dashboard configuration can display up to ten charts.
Company System Administrators can:
  • Manage user dashboard access.
  • Open other users' dashboards.
  • Give access to multiple users at the same time.

Open Another User's Dashboard

  1. To open another user's dashboard, go to
    Home > Other's Dashboard
    in the left navigation.
  2. On the toolbar, click
    Select user
    .
  3. Do one of the following to find the user whose dashboard you want to manage:
    • To search for a user by name:
      1. Select the
        Name Search
        button.
      2. Type a name in the fields provided. You can search by first name, last name, or both.
      3. Select
        Go
        .
      4. In the list that opens, use the
        Name
        column to select the user.
    • To search for a user from a list:
      1. Select the
        Show Lists
        button.
      2. Use the dropdown to select the category of users you want to show.
      3. Select
        Go
        .
      4. In the list that opens, use the
        Name
        column to select the user.
    • To search all users:
      1. Select
        Go
        .
      2. In the list that opens, use the
        Name
        column to select the user.
Tip | You can add charts to the dashboard in the same way that you would to your own.

Grant a user access to dashboards

You must be a Company System Administrator to manage user dashboard access.
  1. Click
    Users
    User list
    in the left navigation.
  2. Click the
    Edit
    button next to a user name to open the user's profile.
  3. Next to
    Grant this user access to Analytics/Dashboard?
    click
    Yes
    to allow dashboard access or
    No
    to deny dashboard access.
  4. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .

To Grant Dashboard access to Multiple Users

  1. Click
    Users
    Bulk update
    in the left navigation.
  2. Select
    User Data
    from the drop-down.
  3. Click
    Generate List
    .
  4. Under the
    Access to Analytics/Dashboard
    column to the far right, check the box for each user that you want to have access to dashboards.
  5. From the toolbar, click
    Save
    .
