Viewing Dates and Events

Dates and events are milestones associated with matters. Examples of events include filing date or trial date. Examples of dates include due dates for status reports and unbilled amounts. Users with the role of Matter Administrator or Matter Editor create events for a matter. You can show the list of dates filter and sort the dates and events associated with a matter.
Dates and events can also be found in other pages of a matter. For example, dates can be shown on the matter
Profile
tab and in the contract profile. Details of the dates can be edited.
  1. Select
    Matters > Matter List
    in the left navigation.
  2. Select the hyperlinked name of the matter you want to work with to open it.
  3. Select the
    Events
    tab.
  4. To show the list of all events, select
    Event list
    in the dropdown.
  5. To filter the list to show specific events, you can select
    Event search
    from the first view selector then use the dropdown to show the specific events you want to show. For example, you can filter the list to show only events for the next seven days or the next 30 days.
  6. Select
    Change View
    .
  7. You can select a hyperlinked date to show details.
