Adding a SAML User

New users are set up in Tracker by an Administrator with related Tracker user roles and permissions. New users receive a Welcome email and when logging in for the first time are directed to company IdP sign in page.
Required role | An authorized company user, typically the Tracker Coordinator, must manually create user accounts in Tracker.
  1. Confirm that the user has a valid IdP user account.
  2. Create the user account in Tracker.
  3. Add a company support contact.
