Reactivate or Unlock an Account

Tracker accounts can be deactivated or locked automatically because of inactivity or too many failed sign-in attempts. Authorized administrative users can manually deactivate an account in Tracker.
Check the user's administrative profile to see the last successful sign-in and whether the user is currently inactive or locked out. (Lockout reason will be shown.)

Unlock an account that is temporarily locked due to failed sign-in attempts

If the lockout is because of failed sign-in attempts:
  • The user can wait for the lockout to expire, and then sign in again. The expiration time is shown in the user's administrative profile.
  • A company or firm system administrator can unlock the account by clicking the
    unlock
link in the user's administrative profile.
