Set up Report Scheduler

With Report Scheduler, Tracker Coordinators and Company System Administrators can automatically run reports and send them as email attachments to designated recipients, or configure SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connections to deliver reports to a secure location on your company's servers.
When Report Scheduler is enabled, users have access to the option to schedule saved reports in the report list (
Reports > Report List
).
Talk with your Tracker Coordinator if you need help choosing the best settings.
  • Time zone
    - The time zone selection determines when scheduled reports will be run. For example, you might want to have reports run outside working hours. This setting doesn't affect any other time-sensitive settings in Tracker.
  • Maximum file size
    - Report results are sent as email attachments, or via SFTP connection. Check with your IT department to see whether your email system has a maximum file size for attachments.
  • Zip file attachments
    - If your reports will generally exceed the maximum file size for email attachments, you can have them compressed into zip files before they are sent.
  • SFTP Connections
To enable scheduled reports:
  1. Go to
    Settings > Reporting

    Enable Report Scheduler
    . If you need to turn Report Scheduler off, just unselect this field.
