Upload a system support file

Company System Administrators can upload billing guidelines or other documents with company-specific instructions you can review.
To upload a system support file:
  1. Go to
    Settings
    and select
    Support Files & Options
    .
  2. Browse
    to your support file you wish to upload. If an existing file is already attached, the old file gets deleted and replaced with the new one. If a file has already been uploaded, you have options to download the existing file or remove it.
  3. If the file you're attaching contains information about your company's billing guidelines, select
    Does this file pertain to billing guidelines
    .
  4. Select your
    Support Contact
    to indicate the role of the person who's the primary contact for questions or issues.
    1. If you select
      Company Tracker Coordinator only
      or
      Office-level Tracker Coordinator
      , the name of the user is displayed at the bottom of every page in Legal Tracker.
    2. If you select
      Support Contact Email Address
      , you must specify the email address in
      Support Contact Email Address
      .
  5. And lastly, save your changes.
