Important Information for Company Users about Reports and Other Displays
The most recent status report is displayed throughout the Tracker application. The specific locations are matter profile page, matter status review report, matter data export, litigation exposure/recovery report, and the matter details lookup page on the invoice pending page. For all of these pages, the general rule is that the most recent status report is displayed, regardless who submitted the status report. However, there are a few exceptions to this general rule:
Company user view of the Matter Profile Page for external matters
If the most recent status report is designated Company Matter Participants Only, the matter profile shows the most recent status report designated as Company Matter Participants Only and the most recent status report designated as All Matter Participants. It makes no difference whether the status report designated as All Matter Participants was filed by a company user or a firm user.
Firm user view of the Matter Profile Page for external matters
If the most recent status report is designated Company Matter Participants Only, the matter profile shows firm users the most recent status report designated as All Matter Participants. It makes no difference whether the status report designated as All Matter Participants was filed by a company user or a firm user. However, the matter profile page does not display the more recent status report designated Company Matter Participants Only.
