Generating a List of Addresses of Firm Users
- ClickUsers>User listfrom the left navigation.
- Use the view selectors to configure the list of users you want to include in the results, and then clickChange View.
- On theActionsmenu, clickExport CSV.
- Convert the .csv file to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet:
- Open the file in Microsoft Excel and on theFilemenu selectSave Asor
- Change the file type to Microsoft Excel, and then save the file.
- Optional Make desired changes to the spreadsheet contents.
- Create the letter in Microsoft Word, and on theToolsmenu, selectLetters and Mailings, and then selectMail Merge Wizard.
