Create a firm alert

Tracker Coordinators can halt invoice processing from a specific firm for several reasons, such as failure to submit timekeeper rate sheets or failure to submit a variety of documents. You can add an alert that stops invoice processing and sends a message to the law firm. Firms can be brought into compliance by not processing invoices until the situation is corrected. You can add or remove law firm alert messages at any time.
When the firm submits invoices, they’ll see the Firm Alert message on invoices that are being processed.
When you remove a firm alert, the halted invoices will be available for processing without any further action required on your part, and the firm will see the invoices as being in process.
  1. Select
    Firms
    then
    Our firms
    .
  2. Select a firm in the list to open the firm profile page.
  3. Scroll to the
    Firm Alert
    section and select
    Add
    .
  4. In the Description box, type the reason for the alert.
  5. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
