View Firm Lead System Administrators

Every firm has a designated Lead System Administrator who is responsible for the firm's secure use of the Tracker system. You can view your Lead System Administrator by viewing your firm profile. To view your firm profile, click
Users > Firm
in the left navigation. The firm profile page displays. The name of your firm's Lead System Administrator displays in the
Lead System Administrator
field under
FIRM SETUP
.

Lead System Administrator Responsibilities

The Lead System Administrator's responsibilities include:
  • Making sure that only the authorized users have been set up as Firm Administrators for the system.
  • Selecting the appropriate Office System Administrator for each new office that is created.
  • Receiving notifications if a Company System Administrator has created a law firm user for the firm.
  • Receiving notifications if a Company System Administrator has created a new office for the firm.
  • Changing the selection of the Lead System Administrator or Backup System Administrator.

Only the Firm's Lead System Administrator or Backup System Administrator can change the firm's designation of the Lead System Administrator and Backup System Administrator.

Law Firm Support Contact

Each of your firm's offices (if you have more than one) has a Firm Office Administrator. This user is your law firm support contact and is listed in the footer of each Tracker page. Often, the Lead System Administrator is also the Firm Office Administrator for at least one (usually the main) firm office. Different offices will have different Firm Office Administrators and, therefore, different support contacts.
