About your home page

When you sign in to Tracker, you land on your home page. Your home page will either be your list of action items or a dashboard.
The option available to you depends on which features are enabled for your company or firm, and whether your system administrator has enabled access for you.
If both options are available to you, you can select which one to use in your user preferences.
A dashboard is your home page if:
When you sign in to Tracker, the first page that appears is your home page. Your home page is one of the following:
  • Action Items
  • My Dashboard
  • The GC Dashboard
  • The High Q Dashboard (Company System Administrators only)
  • A custom next-generation dashboard
The options available to you depend on which features are enabled for your company, and whether your system administrator has enabled access for you. If the option is available, you can change your landing page by updating your user preferences.
You can return to your action items list at any time by selection Home > Action items from the left navigation.

Check your information

Because Tracker is a highly configurable application, what you can see and do is determined in part by how your company has configured Tracker, and by your:
  • System role
  • Admin profile settings
  • Personal preferences
Move your cursor over the top icon on the navigation panel to expand it. This is the Account menu.
With the Account menu open, check your name, system role, and office location. Confirm that your information is correct. If something doesn't look right, contact your Tracker Coordinator.
Click the down arrow next to each item in the navigation pane to see what features are available to you. What you see or don't see is based on your system role, matter role, feature access, and other settings your company has configured.
