Firm Profile in the Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms

Firms do not have to complete a separate profile for each new client on Tracker, which makes it simple for administrators to maintain accurate firm information in the directory. Unlike other systems that require law firms to provide the same basic information repeatedly for each new client, Tracker lets firms establish and maintain one profile for all clients.

Create and Edit the Firm Profile

The first user to sign in to Tracker from your firm will be asked to enter not only basic address and contact information but also office size, areas of practice and whether your firm can submit invoices in the LEDES format. If your firm has multiple offices, each office has its own profile. Users with a system role of Firm Administrator can edit this information at any time.
To edit the firm profile:
  1. Click

    Firm
    again in the left navigation.
  2. Click
    Edit firm profile
    in the toolbar.
  3. Update the fields.
  4. Click
    Save & close
    in the toolbar.
