Identify matters requiring proforma invoices

To quickly identify matters that require proforma invoicing, configure the
Matters
list to display the
Proforma Required
column.
By default, this column does not appear on the page but is available in the drawer for the matter. Use the column settings to add the column to the toolbar.
  1. Select the three small dots (ellipsis) on the toolbar and then
    Edit column settings
    .
  2. On the
    Column Settings
    dialog, select how you want each field to display:
    1. Select the buttons under
      Column
      for the fields that you want to appear on the page when it opens.
    2. If you select
      Drawer
      , that column does not show on the page but is visible in the Drawer when you select the down arrow.
    3. To hide a field completely, select
      Off
      next to the field.
  3. Yes
    appears if proforma invoicing is required for the matter, either by the company office, or from the billed-to entity.
