Granting Users Access to Matters

Although Firm Administrators have some special system rights and privileges, they do not automatically have any special privileges with respect to accessing all matters . However, a Firm Administrator who is already a matter participant can add other users to a matter. A Firm Administrator must be invited to a matter to have access to the matter details and to grant access to other users to the matter.
Firm Administrators also do not have the ability to specify another user's delegates. As a fundamental security principle of the system, each user must specify his or her own delegates.
