Reactivate or Unlock an Account

Reactivate a deactivated account

Follow these steps when a user account has been manually deactivated:
  1. Confirm that there is no administrative or security issue with reactivating the user account.
  2. Click
    Users
    >
    User list
    from the left navigation.
  3. Review the list of inactive users by selecting
    All Company Users
    ,
    All Firm Users
    , or
    All Users
    from the first drop-down list, and then selecting
    Inactive Users
    from the second drop-down list.
  4. Click
    Edit
    in the
    Admin Profile
    column by the user you want to reactivate.
  5. Select the
    Active
    check box.
  6. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
