Resetting a User's Password

If a user has not logged into Tracker, Firm Administrators can resend the new user email or reset a user's password.
To reset a user's password:
  1. Click
    Users
    >
    User list
    from the left navigation.
  2. Click
    Edit
    next to the name of the user whose user profile you would like to edit to display the user's profile. To find the user, you may need to change the user listing using the drop down menus at the top of the page and then click the
    Change view
    button.
  3. From the toolbar, click the three small dots icon and select
    Reset password
    . Tracker sends a new password to the email address specified in the system.
