Edit Status Reports

Company users cannot edit your law firm's status reports. Only your law firm users that have a matter role of Matter Administrator or Matter Editor can edit your law firm's status reports for a matter. Only the most recently posted status report can be edited.
For example, Sally Partner from your firm creates a status report on January 1 then another on January 15. The January 1 status report can be edited until the January 15 status report is saved. After the January 15 status report is saved, the January 1 status report cannot be edited.
To edit a status report:
  1. Access the applicable matter.
  2. Click
    Status
    .
  3. If necessary, use the view selectors to view status reports or all status reports and notes. Click
    Change view
    to change the displayed list.
  4. Click the date link for the most recent status report.
  5. Click
    Edit
    in the toolbar.
  6. Make your changes to the status report.
  7. Click
    Save & close
    in the toolbar.
