Reporting a Material Development

Every status report you file requires you to report certain changes, if any, that materially affect the matter.
In general, a material development is any significant change within a matter that should be recorded in the case file. This can include changes to fees, expenses, the duration of the matter, or the expected outcome of the matter. You must decide how to answer the question, but we recommend that you consult with the Lead Company Person for the matter if you aren't certain.
