Documents

Documents can be attached to each Due Date maintained in Calendar.
  1. Go to
    Due Date
    , then
    Edit Due Date Properties
    . A
    Documents
    tab is available.
  2. To add a Document, select
    Add
    .
  3. Drag files or browse to select files, then select
    Upload
    . Document Description & Document Date can be customized before uploading.
    1. A field is available on both the Due Dates and Schedule Due Dates tabs to indicate whether the Due Dates have
      Associated Documents.
    2. Schedule Due Date records can only be deleted when there are no documents are attached to all related Due Dates.
