About the audit data feature

Use the Audit Data button to check your data format. Fix any flagged issues to ensure a smooth import. Running this audit helps you spot and correct problems early, preventing import issues.
  1. Locate the Button:
    Head over to the
    TR_Setup
    tab and find the
    Audit Data
    button.
  2. Run the Audit:
    Select
    Audit Data
    to check your data. This will help you spot and fix any issues before you try to import.
  3. Check for Yellow Flags:
    If any data is flagged in yellow, it means there are problems:
    • Missing Data:
      Required fields without data will be highlighted.
    • Type/Length Issues:
      If the data type or length doesn’t match the requirements, it’ll be marked in yellow.
  4. Review Errors:
    Errors will be detailed on the
    TR_Setup
    tab under the columns titled Sheet, Column, Cell, and Error.
  5. Fix the Issues:
    Go to the specific cells and correct the errors. Missing data will be in cells like A4, A5, and A7. Other errors will be in yellow-shaded cells.
  6. Understand the Errors:
    For a complete list of possible errors, check out the
    TR_General_Strings
    tab under
    StrTbl_Errors
    .
By following these steps, you can ensure your data is properly formatted and ready for import.
