Check batch status for imports or exports

  1. Navigate to
    Returns Processing
    Import/Export
    Data Templates
    Import Batch Status or
    Export Batch Status
    .
  2. On the Batch Status screen search for an import/export batch generated on the default
    From date
    , simply by selecting
    Continue
    .
  3. If you need to search within a custom date range, adjust the
    From
    and
    To
    dates to narrow or expand your search.
  4. Select
    Continue
    to see a list of import/export batches that match your specified dates. Note that the default
    To
    date is always the current date.
  5. Select the
    Batch ID
    (job number) hyperlink to view the Batch Status detail screen.
  6. When the
    Import Status
    column shows
    Import Complete
    , you can view the data in the desired return(s).
  7. When the
    Export Status
    column shows
    File Export Complete,
    you can select the link or download all for the export file(s).
