Firm configuration

Only Firm Administrators can set the firm configuration.
Firm configuration consists of a set of options that determines things like general options, password restrictions, security thresholds, single sign-on, document management systems, and e-file notifications.
  1. Select
    Admin
    Firm configuration
    .
  2. Select each tab and choose the options for your firm.
  3. If you want your users to reset their own passwords, the Firm Administrator can set that option in the
    General Options
    page.
  4. For e-file notifications, select the notification level.
      • Firm
        : All notifications sent to a single email address.
      • Account
        : Assign an email address to each account.
      • Group
        : Notifications sent to the email address associated with a group.
      • Locator
        : Notifications sent based on locator assignments.
  5. Send the e-file notification based on the status.
