Integrate K-1 data

Follow these steps to integrate the data from the K-1 Analyzer application to your tax product.
  1. In the K-1 Analyzer tile, on the Home page, select the instances you want to export and then from the dropdown select
    Send Data to
    (your product).
  2. All investments are automatically selected on the Data Integration screen. Review the investments to ensure the investments you want to integrate are selected.
  3. To remove all investments, select
    Deselect All
    .
  4. To individually select an investment, select the check box for the investment.
  5. If you do not want to integrate an investment, remove the check mark from the investment's check box.
  6. If you have more than one Instance, select each Instance from the
    Select Instance
    dropdown and perform the steps listed above.
  7. After selecting the investments, select
    Next
    .
  8. Select past
    Foreign Forms Information
    and select
    Next
    . (This option is coming soon.)
  9. After sending the data, select a status from the dropdown.
  10. Select
    Validate
    .
  11. The
    Send Data
    option is not activated until you validate the data.
  12. On the
    Confirm Data Send
    message, select
    OK
    .
  13. You will get a
    Data transfer in process
    message. If there are no errors, you can review the data integration process on the Data Integration screen.
  14. Data transfer errors
  15. If the validation process finds an error, you will see it below the
    Validate
    button.
  16. Select the dropdown to see the error details.
  17. Select
    Edit
    to fix the error.
  18. Enter the corrections and
    Save
    .
