  • Form 3800
    is available. You can e-file this form for those not having credits from Forms 7207, 7210, 7213, and 8933. Carryover utilization will be available on a future release.
  • We are aware when a partnership has more than one
    K-1 for the taxpayer
    , the program can't transfer the multiple K-1s in one transfer. Currently, you have to transfer them one at a time. This will be addressed in a future release.
  • We are aware that the newly re-designed
    K-1 Review
    is not printing some line numbers. We will fix this in a future release.
  • Form 6251
    : Self-employed SEP, SIMPLE, and qualified plans max limitation - We updated the AMT calculation for the 6251 to account for the max limitation for the Self-employer SEP, SIMPLE and qualified plans.

California

We are aware of an issue where the SharedResponsibilityPenalty was included in the e-file when the taxpayer is claimed as a dependent which triggered Business Rule F540-960. We will correct this in a future release.

Iowa

We're updating the Form 126 e-file schema to include an attachment for a spouse's NOL waiver. It will be available in a future release.

Federal

Schedule D
: Review passive loss allowed from F8582 when the activity has a net ST or LT gains.
Form 3800/8936
: We added an informational diagnostic to indicate if clients may be above the income limitation and have K1 sources for 8936 Part II.
Form 8995-A
: We updated the e-file program to use the form field for Form 8995-A, Schedule A, line 24-Applicable percentage of PTP income. This change does not affect the calculation or print.

State

New Jersey
: We addressed an issue where in the e-file, the Amended Return Financial Transaction Refund Direct Deposit was picking from the original return on XML.
