Administrator types

Administrators set up other administrators and assign permissions (view, add, edit, delete) to users. They also manage permissions for applications and establish security policies for users and company accounts.
There are 3 levels of administrators.
  • Full Access - every licensed application.
  • Full Access (Product-specific) - Edit (Limited) - specific applications. Full permissions to those specific applications.
  • Product-specific - specific applications. Specific permissions to applications.
To use and manage the Product Assignments section, you'll either need
Full Access
administrator permissions or
Edit (Limited)
administrator permissions.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    .
  2. On the
    Users
screen, search for the name to assign permissions to.
  3. Select
    Edit
    , then
    Product Permissions
    .

checkbox to create this type of administrator. When you select

    Product Assignments
