  1. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    Maryland
    .
  2. Select
    E-file
    , then
    Attachments
    , then
    Summary
    .
  3. Select
    Attach PDF
    .
  4. Select
    ADD
    .
  5. Go to the
    Attachment Jurisdiction
     and select
    Maryland
    .
  6. Select
    Browse for file
    .
  7. Select
    Upload
    .

Solution 2

If there are no within Maryland amounts for these lines, remove any attachments for these lines.
  1. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    Maryland
    .
  2. Select
    E-file
    , then
    Attachments
    , then
    Summary
    .
  3. Select
    Attach PDF
     and remove attachments for this line that are not needed.
  4. Perform a full recompute.
  5. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    Enable/Create Returns
    .
  6. Select
    Create
    for
    Maryland
    .
