Unable to open locator or it's stuck in compute

Scenario

You can't open a locator or it's stuck in compute mode.

Solution

Make note of the account number and firm information for Support.
  1. Go to
    Help
    ,
    Account Info
    .
  2. Select the tax year and then
    Display
    .
  3. Copy the firm information down and open a ticket with Support.
